According to creator Ross Duffer, the upcoming fourth season of the American science fiction series Stranger Things is not going to be the last.
Stranger Things co-creator Ross Duffer (Wayward Pines) told The Hollywood Reporter that the fourth season will not be the final season, and that both creators have already figured out when and how the series will end. Details about the ending weren't revealed. Duffer did tell that the pandemic ensured that the crew was able to look ahead and figure out how they can end the story.
Netflix hasn't confirmed a fifth season, but hopefully, we'll receive a confirmation from the streaming service soon. Earlier this year, the Stranger Things creators announced through a Tweet that the fourth season of this series will release somewhere near the end of 2020. The fourth season was announced in October.
