The logline reads: “His firm is at a crisis point, and to survive he must embrace a role he held in contempt his entire career. Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalties to both Ted and each other while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives.”
The trailer opens with Victoria Justice’s Dylan Pryor turning down a deal Black offered her. “You don’t represent me. I need someone with confidence. And you just seem a little sheepish to me,” she says.
Elsewhere in the trailer, Black says: “It’s different out here. People lie. They cheat. They do whatever they can to win.”
Meanwhile, toward the end, Gabriel Macht, who played Harvey Specter, is shown in an old photo that Troy Winbush’s Kevin is looking at. “I never liked him, he’s the only person I knew cockier than you,” Kevin says to Black, to which Black responds, “That’s exactly why I liked him.”
Bryan Greenberg, Josh McDermitt, Lex Scott Davis, Patton Oswalt and Brian Baumgartner round out the cast. Aaron Korsh writes and produces the series.
Suits LA premieres Sunday, February 23 on NBC.
