Apple TV+ renews Tehran with second season

There's going to be a second season of Tehran. Apple TV+ has decided to renew the series with a second season.

Last June, the first season of Tehran premiered. It is the first Apple TV+ original that doesn't come from an English-speaking country. It was received well, which is why the renewal of the Israelian crime series doesn't come as a surprise.

Tehran revolves around a Mossad agent. She starts her first mission as a computer hacker in her birth city, Tehran. The lead role is portrayed by Niv Sultan (The Stylist). Not a whole lot about the second season has been revealed as of yet. It is expected to release near the end of 2021. Down below, you can watch the trailer for the first season.
