Amid an investigation into the unlawful use of Correction, Carey has become acting head of SO15, determined to restore public trust in surveillance technology through a new Operation Veritas camera system.

The cast for season three of Ben Chanan's thriller series also includes Killian Scott, who joins Indira Varma as BBC Newsnight presenter Khadija Khan, Ben Miles as Danny Hart, Lia Williams as Gemma Garland, Ginny Holder as DI Nadia Latif, Ron Perlman as CIA agent Frank Napier, Nigel Lindsay as DSI Tom Kendricks, Tessa Wong as DC Chloe Tan and Daisy Waterstone as Abigail Carey.
The series has been one of the BBC’s biggest dramas in recent years, and season two aired in the coveted BBC Bank Holiday August slot when Paapa Essiedu joined the cast. Peacock has acquired the first two seasons, but there is no word yet on the third season’s involvement. NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is selling worldwide.

The Capture season three is directed by Anthony Philipson and Johnny Allan, and produced by Derek Ritchie, who also serves as executive producer.
