“The Crowded Room" is a gripping anthology series that will explore the true and inspirational stories of those who have struggled and learned to successfully live with mental illness. The first season is a captivating thriller, inspired by the award-winning biography “The Minds of Billy Milligan” by Daniel Keyes. It tells the story of Billy Milligan, the first person ever acquitted of a crime because of multiple personality disorder.

I don't understand why this series gets "mixed or average reviews", because it is a top limited series with great performances by Tom Holland, Amanda Seyfried, Will Chase and Emmy Rossum. An 8.5 from my side and one of the better series I've seen this year. Apple TV+ just manages to come up with a gem again.

A very impressive series based on real events in which Tom Holland is absolutely fantastic! In addition to Tom Holland, the rest of the cast also delivers great performances. The pity is that you can't really tell anything about the story without revealing something. For those who haven't seen this series yet, and if you have time to spare, I would definitely recommend it. The Crowded Room is indeed another gem from Apple TV+.
