Slightly more than a month ago, The Equalizer premiered. CBS has already renewed the series with its second season. A total of twenty million people watched the premiere, which aired immediately after the Superbowl. The successive episodes also had high ratings and thus it doesn't come as a surprise.
The Equalizer revolves around Robyn McCall (Queen Latifah, Star), a mysterious figure who uses her skills to help those who have nowhere else to go. Back in the original series, the lead character was male and was portrayed by Edward Woodward (Five Days). Down below, you can watch the trailer for the first season.
