Trailer and first-look photos for Netflix limited series The Fall of the House of Usher

Netflix has released the first trailer and first-look photos for Mike Flanagan's eight-part series The Fall of the House of Usher. Based on the work of Edgar Allan Poe, The Fall of the House of Usher follows the ruthless brother and sister Roderick and Madeline Usher who have built Fortunato Pharmaceuticals into an empire of wealth, privilege and power. But secrets from the past come to light when the heirs of the Usher dynasty begin dying at the hands of a mysterious woman.

The series can be streamed on Netflix from Thursday, October 12.



The Fall of the House of Usher stars Carla Gugino (The Haunting of Hill House), Bruce Greenwood (I Know This Much Is True), Mary McDonnell (Major Crimes), Carl Lumbly (Supergirl), Samantha Sloyan (Midnight Mass), T 'Nia Miller (Years and Years), Rahul Kohli (iZombie), Kate Siegel (The Haunting of Hill House), Sauriyan Sapkota (The Midnight Club), Katie Parker (The Midnight Club), Michael Trucco (Fire Country), Henry Thomas (The Haunting of Hill House/Bly Manor), Mark Hamill (The Mandalorian), Zach Gilford (L.A.'s Finest), Willa Fitzgerald (Reacher) and Malcolm Goodwin (Reacher).

Recurring roles include Paola Nuñez (Resident Evil (2022)), Matt Biedel (Narcos: Mexico), Crystal Balint (The Bletchley Circle: San Francisco), Kyleigh Curran (Secrets of Sulfur Springs), Ruth Codd (The Midnight Club), Igby Rigney (The Midnight Club), Aya Furukawa (The Midnight Club), Daniel Chae Jun (The Expanse), Annabeth Gish (Halt & Catch Fire) and Robert Longstreet (I'm a Virgo).

Flanagan and Michael Fimognari will each direct four episodes. Executive producers are Trevor Macy and Flanagan of Intrepid Pictures; Emmy Grinwis and Michael Fimognari.
