Due to production being halted because of the coronavirus, the fourth season of The Good Fight will have seven episodes, instead of ten. Robert and Michelle King, showrunners and executive producers of the series, think it's weird to be unable to round off the story properly. This will, however, not mean the end of The Good Fight, as CBS All Access has announced a fifth season of the drama series.
The fourth season premiered on CBS All Access on the 9th of April. The Good Fight is a spin-off to The Good Wife. In The Good Fight, a financial scandal tarnishes the reputation of a young lawyer, which also has a tremendous impact on Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski, The Good Wife)
