Catherine the Great has been officially declared a real witch by the people. In the new trailer of the third season, Catherine (Ella Fanning and Peter (Nicolas Hoult) try to save their marriage, by having faith in each other...! While Catherine also starts to make a name for herself by setting up a conference where farmers, nobles and merchants can meet and give their input to the development of the new Russia, but she soon learns that even the best political leaders sometimes have to make compromises to move forward.
In the meantime, as the first husband of Catherine's reign, Peter is at a loose end, so he engages in fatherhood, hunting, and salty culinary ventures. But that's not enough to keep him happy, as visions of his late father (Jason Isaacs) replay his failures as the son of Peter the Great.
The Emmy award-winning series returns to Hulu on Friday, May 12.
