The series, from creators JJ Bailey and Jake Coburn, who both serve as showrunners, was set to premiere Monday, February 3 at 10 p.m. It will now premiere after the NFL divisional playoff game (and the news) on Sunday, January 19 at 7 p.m.
That game, which starts at 3 p.m., will be between the Philadelphia Eagles and the winner of the Los Angeles Rams-Minnesota Vikings game.
The Hunting Party will then rerun its original Monday, February 3, 10 p.m. premiere episode.
The Hunting Party follows a small team of investigators tasked with tracking down and capturing the most dangerous killers America has ever seen, all of whom have just escaped from a top-secret prison that shouldn’t exist.
Nick Wechsler, Patrick Sabongui, Josh McKenzie and Sara Garcia also star.
Thor Freudenthal directs and Keto Shimizu serves as a writer. Both will co-direct with Bailey and Coburn.
