You don't have to have seen the film to understand or follow this series, it is fully explained. Although I would still recommend watching the film. The 1st episode is not bad, I will continue to follow it, I think it is good how they explain everything and how it is put together, do not compare it with back to the future... from me this series gets a big 9

I've been looking for it for years, but now I can buy it on Amazon Prime (with Dutch subtitles). It was also in the Apple TV app, but that version doesn't have Dutch subtitles.
