One of the eagerly awaited new series is The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, which was announced as the official title for the upcoming series starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira as Rick and Michonne. The new series will begin in 2024.

In the clip, Michonne (Gurira) says, "I've been there for a long time. I lost someone years ago. And then things changed. I found out he was alive." Just then, Rick (Lincoln) reappears.
Rick was presumed dead in the ninth season, but Michonne later learned he had survived and set out to find him.
In addition, The Walking Dead: Dead City, starring Lauren Cohan and Jeffrey Dead Morgan, and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, starring Norman Reedus, have both been renewed for a second season. The Walking Dead: Dead City will air the season 1 finale on July 23, while The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will premiere on Sunday, September 10.

The Walking Dead: Dead City is a six-episode series that follows Maggie, played by Cohan, and Negan, played by Morgan, as they travel to a post-apocalyptic Manhattan, long ago cut off from the mainland. The crumbling city is filled with the dead and residents who have made New York City their own world full of anarchy, danger, beauty and terror.
In The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Daryl (Reedus) washes up in France and must find out how and why he got there. The series follows his journey through a broken but resilient France in the hopes of finding a way back home. During his journey, however, his ultimate plan is complicated by the connections he makes along the way.
Elsewhere in The Walking Dead universe, the second half of the eighth and final season of Fear The Walking Dead returns this fall.
Dan McDermott, president of entertainment and AMC Studios for AMC Networks, said, “This next chapter in the Walking Dead Universe continues to thrive with a terrific inaugural season for Dead City and highly anticipated new journey for fan-favorite character Daryl Dixon coming in September. We can’t wait to bring Dead City fans back to the epicenter of Manhattan for more zip-lining action with Maggie and Negan. And, ahead of its debut, we’re thrilled to double down on Daryl as we bring the apocalypse to France, transforming Notre Dame, Pont du Gard and other iconic locales into an apocalyptic landscape unlike anything we’ve seen before.”
