Helena Bonham Carter and Chris Messina have joined the cast of the fourth season of HBO's The White Lotus. Earlier, there were rumors that Helena Bonham Carter and Chris Messina were in talks for roles in The White Lotus season four, and their involvement has now been officially confirmed. Details about their characters remain under wraps, as does the exact storyline of the new season.

It was previously announced that Alexander Ludwig, AJ Michalka, Steve Coogan, and Caleb Jonte Edwards will also be appearing in season four.
Like in previous seasons, The White Lotus remains a dark comedy exploring the often uncomfortable and satirical dynamics between staff and guests at luxurious White Lotus hotels around the world. The new season follows an entirely new group of hotel guests and staff over the course of one eventful week.
The series is created, written, and directed by Mike White.

Bonham Carter was recently seen in Netflix series Agatha Christie's Seven Dials and previously appeared as Princess Margaret in The Crown (Netflix). She will soon be seen in the BBC series California Avenue.
Messina starred opposite Kaley Cuoco in Based on a True Story from Peacock and has had roles in The Sinner (Netflix), Gaslit (Starz), Sharp Objects (HBO), and The Mindy Project (Hulu).
