The Wilds revolves around a group of teenage girls with very different backgrounds. The group finds themselves on a remote island. The girls aren't aware that they've become part of an expanded social experiment. Rachel Griffiths (Six Feet Under) portrays one of the characters, next to a lot of newcomers.
On the 11th of December, the series premiered and thus it became the first young adult series of the streaming service. Sarah Streicher (Daredevil) created The Wilds and production was in the hands of both Amazon Studios and ABC Signature. The first episode of this series has been made available on various social media channels and can be watched on Amazon Prime without an account until the 25th of December.
