The Witcher season four gets a start date and first look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt.

Netflix has announced when the fourth season of The Witcher will be available for streaming. The fourth season of The Witcher is notable because Liam Hemsworth makes his debut as Geralt of Rivia, a role previously played by Henry Cavill in the first three seasons. The streaming service also released the first images of Hemsworth as Geralt.

Following the earth-shattering events of season three, we follow Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri, each finding their own path through a war-torn Continent filled with demons. It is only by embracing and leading the outcast groups they meet along the way that they have a chance to survive the trial by fire and reunite.

New this season is Laurence Fishburne in the role of Regis, a beloved character from The Witcher books and games. Regis is a worldly barber-surgeon with a mysterious past who joins Geralt.

Alongside Hemsworth and Fishburne, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, and Joey Batey also return.

The Witcher season four will be available to stream on Netflix starting Thursday, October 30.
