De serie draait om Anna wiens hart is gebroken, voor wie elke dag hetzelfde is. Ze zit met haar wijn uit het raam te staren, kijkend hoe het leven aan haar voorbij gaat. Maar wanneer een knappe buurman aan de overkant van de straat intrekt, begint Anna een licht aan het einde van de tunnel te zien. Dat is totdat ze getuige is van een gruwelijke moord ... Of toch niet?

This was just a quick snack. 8 episodes of just over 20 minutes can be watched in one evening. I see this is described as a comedy, but I didn't see that anywhere in the series. A few small moments that were funny, but overall there wasn't much to laugh about. It probably isn't my sense of humor :-) Unfortunately, the story is a direct plagiarism of the Hitchcock classic Rear Window and didn't have many surprises. At most you can call the denouement a surprise, but I actually thought it was very far-fetched and there was a lot of discussion about whether that was even possible. Anyway, nice for an evening, but I don't really see a second season. Are they going to tell the same story? It seems that way when you see the final scenes. Still learned something from this series. I had never heard of ombrophobia before :-)

Nice series to binge, with good tension that draws you in. Also very well played characters for the most part. The last episode was very disappointing and a bit of a dead end; but hey, you can't have everything; and this way they can still sell a season 2, although that seems like a slim chance...

special. Very special. Vague too. Very vague at times. Lots of black humor, not always good. But because of the bizarre things that happen, the strange story, the sometimes too played characters, weird plotwists, an interesting main character and certainly the length of the episodes, it still looks good. A classic case of "whodunnit" but with a black humorous edge.
