Mildred is back at Cackles and now feeling like she truly belongs after discovering she's from a real witching family. The only problem is, this new confident Mildred seems to think the rules no longer apply to her - and that includes giving mum, Julie, magical powers, though it's strictly forbidden. So when a wild new pupil explodes into the Academy and Mildred is made responsible for her, the question is... will Mildred rise to the challenge, or is Cackles headed for chaos?
