Jed wants to find some land for Granny to raise some crops. Jethro tells him about some plots for sale at Happy Valley. Jed phones Happy Valley & a representative arrives thinking Jed wants to buy a cemetary plot. After Jed tells him he wants to buy a plot for Granny the rep. thinks Jed has killed Granny & has her in the backyard.
