Determined to help his lonely friend, Cleveland introduces Holt to Jill (guest voice Fergie), a cat-loving redhead who ends up being more than a handful. Meanwhile, Cleveland Jr. and Rallo anticipate the “birth” of Rallo’s pet fish.
