The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst debuted on HBO in 2015. In November, HBO revealed plans to further investigate Robert Durst's crimes after he was captured on tape saying, "Killed them all, of course." He was soon arrested.
However, the creators of The Jinx continued their research for eight years.

The Jinx Part Two is a Hit The Ground Running production. The docuseries is directed by Andrew Jarecki, executive produced by Zac Stuart-Pontier, Andrew Jarecki, Kyle Martin, produced by Charlotte Kaufman and Sam Neave, and co-produced by Richard Hankin and Susan Lazarus.
The docuseries is produced for HBO by Nancy Abraham, Lisa Heller and Sara Rodriguez.
In 2015, The Jinx won an Emmy for Outstanding Documentary.
The six-episode sequel to The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst premieres Sunday, April 21. New episodes will drop weekly on HBO and can be streamed on HBO Max.
