Het verhaal draait om diverse jongeren uit de hele wereld die de volgende stap in menselijke evolutie representeren. Ze bezitten speciale krachten waaronder de mogelijkheid om te teleporteren en telepathisch met elkaar te communiceren. Samen proberen zij het kwaad te verslaan. Het verhaal is gebaseerd op de originele Britse serie gemaakt door Roger Price.

x-on:Kim69, the first somewhat similar series that come to my mind are Heroes, Alphas and The nine lives of chloe king. I think the latter is the most comparable, but unfortunately it only ran for 1 season. I think the scripts of the story have been published somewhere as it should have been, but I haven't read them myself.

Alphas and The Nine Lives of Chloe King indeed do. Both unfortunately have an open ending, but despite the open ending of Alphas, I'm glad I did watch the series, simply because it was so good. The Nine Lives of Chloe King also has an open ending but the script of the movie that was supposed to come but didn't come has been released. If you look at that series between the news items, there is a link to the script somewhere.
