Tenth season The Walking Dead to return in February

The six extra episodes that were ordered for The Walking Dead will begin airing on AMC in February.

The tenth season of The Walking Dead premiered last October, but due to the coronavirus, it couldn't be wrapped up. AMC ordered a couple of extra episodes to ensure a proper ending for the season. Robert Patrick (Perry Mason (2020)) and Hilarie Burton (White Collar) will be featured in some of these episodes in a guest role. Okea Eme-Akwari (Cobra Kai) will be portraying a new main character. The network has revealed that the tenth season of The Walking Dead is set to return on the 28th of February in 2021.

The tenth season will be the second to last season of the horror series. Earlier this year, the eleventh season was announced. With that, it was revealed that the 24-part season will also be the last. This eleventh season is expected to premiere in 2022. Even though The Walking Dead is ending, there's quite a lot of spin-offs in the making.
