Good news for all The Walking Dead fans, AMC has announced that the last episode of the fifth season will be 90 minutes long. On 29 March everyone can enjoy the extra-long season finale episode of The Walking Dead.
AMC already announced that a sixth season is coming and it will be broadcast in the autumn of 2015.
TV Guide Magazine tweeted the following about the extra-long finale: “This just in from @AMC_TV: The season finale of #TheWalkingDead (airing Sunday, March 29) has been extended to 90 minutes.”
The fifth season of The Walking Dead is considered by many to be the best season so far. So It is a present that they have made the season finale extra long.
