True Blood gets a seventh season, the American channel HBO announced.
The seventh season will, just like most other seasons, consist of twelve episodes and will premiere summer 2014. True Blood is a signature series for HBO and is based on the books about 'Sookie Stackhouse'. Though by now we have deviated from the original book series, the series keeps on developing positively.
Momentarily the sixth season is being broadcast at HBO. The sixth episode of the sixth season will air this Sunday.
