Twisted Metal, based on the video game, will soon be available on Prime Video

The comedy action series about a 'delivery man' who makes his way through a dystopian America stars Anthony Mackie and Stephanie Beatriz. The comic action series Twisted Metal can be seen in various countries from Thursday, February 8 on Prime Video. The series is set in a dystopian America, where cities have now become well-protected settlements. Outside the cities, where criminals rule, John Doe (Anthony Mackie from Marvel's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) must risk his own life to deliver a mysterious package.



Along the way he meets a mysterious woman (Stephanie Beatriz from Brooklyn Nine-Nine) who has gotten into trouble with a merciless cop (Thomas Haden Church from Divorce (2016)). Twisted Metal is a (separate) series adaptation of the Sony video game. The series was created by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland, Deadpool) and Michael Jonathan Smith (Cobra Kai).

Guest stars on the series include Neve Campbell, Richard Cabral, Mike Mitchell, Jared Bankens, Tahj Vaughans and Jamie Neumann.

The series previously broke a viewing figure record for comedies on Peacock and has been renewed for a second season.
