Um Himmels Willen

Um Himmels Willen is an German soap which is aired on Das Erste. The series premiered on 2005.

Wolfgang Wöller (played by Fritz Wepper) , mayor of the fictive Lower Bavarian town Kaltenthal, would like to have the building of a local monastery repurposed. Sister Hanna, the abbess, is doing everything to prevent this. In that, she does not only need to fight the mayor, but also her superior in the order, who would like to sell the unprofitable property.
