Last Wednesday, Tom Waes was a guest at a local Dutch talk show, and here he revealed some things about Undercover, which were all quite exciting. For instance, Waes revealed that the Flemish-Dutch series will be available at Netflix in September. Just like the second season, new episodes will release each week, after they aired on the Belgian network Eén.
There have been no further details about what this season is going to be about. Bob is no longer a beloved coworker after his undercover action from last season didn't go as planned. A return for Bob (Waes) is rather unlikely. One thing that is known is that next to Bob, Ferry (Frank Lammers) will also return for the third season. Last October, Netflix revealed this through an Instagram post.
Another noteworthy thing is a possible spin-off about Bob, the character that Waes portrays in Undercover. Last June, Netflix revealed that a movie about Ferry has entered production. When the Ferry spin-off was discussed, Waes cautiously replied with the following: "There are plans to do something with me as well." If these words will actually lead to something concrete, then that means that there is going to be a second spin-off to the Netflix series Undercover.
