The plot of Living without permission develops in Galicia and centres on Nemesio's history 'Nemo' Bandeira, a man who always was tied to the activities of the Galician drug trafficking. Now, Nemo has managed to whiten his record and is one of the most important businessmen of the province. But his well-being is truncated when they detect the disease of the Alzheimer to him. The businessman tries it to conceal at any expense while it starts the choice of his successor.
It is here when his two legitimate children begin a fight of power to demonstrate the one who is the best to be done by the inheritance of his father. On the other hand, his godson Mario Mendoza, a brilliant attorney, is a priori the most prepared, but Nemo has a moral conflict and is that it is not of his blood.
