The first season of War of the Worlds (2019) premiered last year. A second season has just been ordered. Supposedly, production is set to begin the upcoming Monday. From all the series that were made in the United Kingdom, War of the Worlds (2019) will be the first series that is set to continue production after the entire coronavirus debacle.

There are things that work for us creatively,” was said by director Johnny Capps (Merlin) against American media outlets. In War of the Worlds (2019), astronomers detect a transmission from a different galaxy. Within days, humanity is nearly exterminated due to a devastating attack and some humans are left behind in a scarily abandoned world.
