Westworld - Season 2
I consider the first season of HBO hit Westworld to be absolutely amazing. I compared it with that other great series of HBO, Game of Thrones. That also means that there are great actors, amazing characters, a beautiful intro (both visually as musically), great special effects and that there is a complex and intriguing story that keeps hold of you starting from the very first minute.
Nearly all the characters from the first season return for the second: Dolores Abernathy (Evan Rachel Wood, True Blood), the lovely host who has slowly turned into the leader of the insurgents and turned out to be quite ruthless, Teddy Flood (James Marsden, Dead to Me), who doesn't fully seem to realize what is happening, madam Maeve Millay (Thandie Newton, Line of Duty), who is willing to give it her all to find her 'daughter', Bernard Lowe (Jeffrey Wright, Boardwalk Empire), programmer of the hosts and of course we also have The Man in Black (Ed Harris, Empire Falls), who is still trying to find all the dark secrets of Westworld.
In this season, the cast is strengthened with the addition of Dutch actress Katja Herbers (Manhattan), who certainly plays her part as Emily well. Herbers will also be part of the third season, something which I definitely approve of. Without spoiling too much, we'll also see a familiar face from the first season, who had apparently met his/her end. Luckily this great actor/actress is still part of the series, as this is one of the best characters in the series.
The only thing I can say is that this second season has really surprised me and kept me glued to the television. I can't wait for the third season to be released in 2020. This second season has received a solid 9 from me.
Follow WestworldI was really looking forward to the second season of Westworld, from which the first episode was released on the 22nd of April in 2018. It continued right where season one ended. Luckily, this second season worked out just as well. As I already mentioned, this season continued right where season one ended. Or at least, that is the case in one of the timelines. This season we have to deal with three different timelines. This makes sure you really have to keep track of what you're watching and in which time it takes place.This season we have to deal with three different timelines

Westworld is actually a series that you should know as little as possible about in advance, so that the story surprises you even more and everything that happens is even more exciting and impressive. This also applies to this second season. I can, however, give away that in this season we learn that there are more parks than just Westworld, all with their own theme. One of the parks is visited by a few characters this season. Giving away more of the story is really just a shame, so I won't do that.Westworld is actually a series that you should know as little as possible about
