Lead role for Allison Tolman and Nick Frost in second season Why Women Kill

Allison Tolman (Emergence) and Nick Frost (The Nevers) will be portraying lead characters in the second season of the anthology series Why Women Kill.

The second season of Why Women Kill will revolve around a new story, featuring a new cast. The story from the new season will take place in 1949. The second season will portray the hidden truth behind the lives that people show the world. The series premiered on CBS All Access in 2019.

Nick Frost (The Nevers) will portray Bertram. As a veterinarian, he ends the suffering of many animals. Even though he is always nice to the outside world, Bertram has a secret dark hobby. Allison Tolman (Emergence) will portray his shy and awkward wife Alma. She wants to become part of the local gardening club, but when she finds out about the secret hobby of her husband, her life is turned upside down.
