Western series Yellowstone (2018) can now also be seen on Netflix

In America, Yellowstone (2018) is a huge hit and for a long time this western series was only shown on SkyShowtime. Since the end of last week, this ratings stunner with Kevin Costner can also be seen on Netflix.
The modern western Yellowstone (2018) is about the Dutton family and their gigantic ranch in Montana – The Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, also called The Yellowstone. Everyone is after this piece of land and John Dutton (Kevin Costner), the head of the family and the owner of the ranch, must do everything he can to outsmart his rivals. Meanwhile, John has his hands full with his out-of-control family.

Yellowstone (2018)

To prepare you for the epic series, if you watch it on Netflix, we will tell you something about the most important characters. John Dutton is the big boss, he decides what happens on his ranch and does everything he can to keep The Yellowstone in his possession. John's son Kayce (Luke Grimes) lives on an Indian reservation and initially seems not to be very concerned with the ranch, but that will change.

Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) is John's only daughter and an intelligent, but also self-destructive woman. She is married to Rip (Cole Hauser), who does all the dirty jobs for John. And then there's Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley), John's other son and an ambitious man who has a strained relationship with the rest of the family.

Yellowstone (2018) has five seasons, but not all of them are available on Netflix. The streaming service only has four seasons available. The fifth, and final, season can only be seen on SkyShowtime.

Due to the immense popularity of Yellowstone (2018), several spin-offs have been made. 1883 is a prequel and shows how the ranch came into the hands of the Dutton family. And the 1923 series, starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, follows John's ancestors as they try to survive during the Great Depression. Both series can only be seen on SkyShowtime.
