Logan Marshall-Green joins Luke Grimes in Y: Marshals

Logan Marshall-Green has been cast in a lead role opposite Luke Grimes in the upcoming CBS series Y: Marshals, a spin-off of the hit series Yellowstone (2018). In the new Yellowstone (2018) spinoff, Luke Grimes returns as Kayce Dutton, the character he also played in Taylor Sheridan's original Paramount Network drama.

In Y: Marshals, Kayce Dutton (Grimes) leaves the Yellowstone Ranch behind and joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals. With his background as a cowboy and Navy SEAL, he combines these skills to bring justice to Montana, a state ravaged by violence.

Dutton and his team serve as the last line of defense, balancing family, duty, and the mental toll of the job. Logan Marshall-Green plays Pete Calvin, an old friend from Kayce's military past.

The series is written by Spencer Hudnut, and the first episode is directed by Greg Yaitanes. The series is scheduled for a midseason premiere and will air Sundays at 9:00 PM ET, immediately following the series "Tracker."
