Leading actor Penn Badgley has spoken in an interview and accidentally confirmed the third season. In conversation with Entertainment Tonight the 33 year old american actor spoke before he considered his words. "My partner does not look like the same kind of predator as I am. She does not look like the one she is in season three ...", Badgley said, before he realized what he had revealed. The further story of the third season and how many episodes the season consists of, Badgley was unable to tell. Netflix has yet to confirm the existence of a possible third season.
