Your Friends and Neighbors gets early renewal for a third season

Your Friends and Neighbors has received an early renewal for season three from Apple TV. Alongside the news, the streamer also released a teaser for the upcoming second season. The first season of the series Your Friends and Neighbors, created by Jonathan Tropper, follows Andrew 'Coop' Cooper, played by Jon Hamm. Coop is a hedge fund manager who, after a humiliating dismissal and while grappling with his recent divorce, resorts to stealing from the homes of his extremely wealthy neighbors in the exclusive Westmont Village neighborhood. During his break-ins, he discovers that behind the luxury and wealth of the area lie dangerous secrets and hidden affairs, which are much riskier than he ever expected.

In the second season, Coop continues his double life as an unlikely suburban burglar, but his activities are jeopardized when a new neighbor arrives in the neighborhood. This newcomer, played by James Marsden, poses a threat because he might expose Coop, thereby endangering not only his secrets but also his family.

Marsden's character also becomes a new love interest for Samantha Levitt, played by Olivia Munn. In the teaser, he confronts Coop and challenges his ego by comparing him to a wealthy man who takes risks out of boredom to feel alive, while simultaneously suggesting that Coop is not as rich or untouchable as he thinks, which visibly unsettles Coop.

Alongside Jon Hamm and Olivia Munn, Amanda Peet, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Gravitt, and Donovan Colan return in their roles. Additionally, Arienne Mandi, Erin Robinson, and Bre Blair join the cast in the second season with recurring roles.
