100 dagen in je hoofd

100 dagen in je hoofd is a Dutch documentary which aired on VPRO. The series premiered on October 21, 2021.

In 100 days in your head, the two start working as special interns in a psychiatric clinic in Eindhoven. Nicolaas works in a ward with chronically mentally ill people who have various diagnoses. Tim works in a department where people with a mild intellectual disability try to overcome their psychological problems. They are supervised by experienced care providers. The makers try to gain as much insight as possible into the world of people who suffer from psychoses and disorders such as schizophrenia, severe forms of borderline and autism. What's on their minds? What is it like to hear voices in your head? But also: are we really that different from them?
