30 Seconds (NL) is a Dutch game show which aired on SBS 6. The series premiered on August 17, 2024.

In 30 Seconds, teams compete against each other in a race against the clock. It promises to be a hilarious and nerve-wracking battle. What gives the program extra dynamics are the team captains who are on board. None other than Rob Kemps, Airen Mylene and Klaas van der Eerden will lead the teams and provide the necessary dose of humor and strategy.
