5th Ward

5th Ward is an American drama series which aired on Amazon. The series premiered on March 2, 2018.

In Houston's historically black neighborhood known as the 5th Ward, an argument at the local convenience store leaves a young girl dead. Residents are furious, especially when the police don't make any arrests and charges are dropped. As residents and officials deal with the aftermath, we focus on several members of the community.
