The second episode (the recorder report) was hilarious! Not nearly as good a laugh. This is a great series and only one downside: "only" six episodes :-)

First 2 seasons seen and still don't understand why I didn't watch the series earlier. This is really a beautiful series, never boring, a laugh and a tear and oh... how glad I am that I'm now going to watch season 3. A real recommendation for everyone.

I watched the first season in one evening. Brilliant!
For me, Ricky Gervais is part of "the Big British Three", namely John Cleese, Rowan Atkinson and Gervais.

This series is a brilliant mix of quite deep drama with insane humor. Gervais' humor has to suit you. It is sometimes quite brutal and often subtle. But I find almost everything he makes very special. This series too. Literally a laugh and a tear. I laughed out loud several times, but there were also the necessary emotional moments.

I'm going to watch the last two seasons now, because I'm curious to see what happens next with Tony. They could have stopped after the first season, because I thought it ended well, but there's definitely still something to build on. Looking forward to it!
