The FX sitcom ‘Anger Management’ will end next month on 22 December with their 100th episode. ‘Anger Management’ was part of a special 10-90 deal. That meant that if the series was a success for the first 10 episodes, it would automatically get an order of 90 episodes.
‘Anger Management’ premiered on 28 June 2012 and its first season had 10 episodes. The second season premiered on 17 January 2013 to be broadcast nonstop, it only took a break during sporting events and vacations. Because of all the publicity around ‘Two and a Half Men’, ‘Anger Management’ started its first season with 2.98 million viewers. The second season, with 76 episodes thus far, did almost as well with an average of 1.1 million viewers.
The series follows Charlie (Charlie Sheen), a former minor league baseball player who has overcome his past anger issues by becoming a "non-traditional" therapist. However, his life is continuously complicated by his family and friends.
