Bancroft is een Britse politieserie van de zender ITV. De serie ging in première op 11 december 2017.
Bancroft, een briljante politieagente, stelt heel haar leven in dienst van de politie. Als gevolg daarvan is ze geliefd bij haar collega's en haar promotie tot DCSI lijkt verzekerd. Bancroft leidt een operatie om de kwaadaardige Kamara gang neer te halen. Dit doet ze met dubieuze methoden, maar de meest gewelddadige broeder van de gang, Athif, regeert de stad met ijzeren vuist, zodat het moeilijk is om haar methoden niet goed te keuren.

Always like to see the 'good guy' triumph. So I have a little trouble with this concept. a bit strange also everything points in her direction and all evidence and witnesses happens and it is left that way because it is a cold case. Let's see what's going to happen in Season 2.
