Baylen Out Loud is an American reality program which is aired on TLC. The series premiered on January 13th, 2025.

Baylen's tics started as involuntary movements and sounds and became more severe during her teenage years. Baylen was officially diagnosed with Tourette's at the age of 18 and through it all has learned to laugh at himself. With humor, heart and unstoppable determination, Baylen began sharing her candid and light-hearted experiences on social media. Now with 9.5 million followers on TikTok, Baylen has amassed a loyal audience who admire her openness in sharing how she uses the power of positivity and her strong relationships to overcome life's challenges.
