BDW Politiek Beest is a Belgium documentary which aired on VTM. The series premiered on December 16, 2024.

Paul Jambers was the only journalist given exclusive permission to follow Bart De Wever uninterrupted during the crucial days of the election of 2024, from the breakfast table and car rides, to the nerve-racking wait in the ‘war room’ of the party headquarters and the discharge during his speeches. The camera records all the activities, but also all the emotions - because even for a controlled top politician, election day is an emotional rollercoaster every time. De Wever exposes himself and reflects on who he is. ‘A political animal smells politics, that needs no explanation,’ he told himself. Politics is in every fibre of his being, everything has to give way to it.
