Not a bad series at all. Needs a lot of episodes to get going! Ending was okay, although you can already say what season 2 is about. That season will be topped with a kind of Dexter / Breaking Bad sauce :-)

Marco polo was just great and this bloodline is very disappointing. It is all so slow. Son returns and there are some mixed feelings in the family (see 1). As we progress to Episode 4, the subject and the happening is still little more than the family's fear of the return of their son / brother. Furthermore, nothing has really happened yet, how long will that take? where's the tension? Oh yes, they occasionally mention that they have done something bad. What that is, well episode 13 we might get the answer. Or given the series' enormously slow pace, season 13. who knows. But for those who are not too quick-witted and still need at least 10 episodes before understanding that there is a fight in the family, this series is ideally suited! In the words of Gumstarr, "This series is an insult to our intelligence".

Funny that tastes differ so much, I found Marco Polo to be one of the most borring series ever and Bloodline is great
