HBO announces dates of three series

HBO announced that the fifth and final season of ‘Boardwalk Empire’ will premiere on September 7. The last season will only have eight episodes against the normal twelve of previous seasons.

Valerie Cherish (Lisa Kudrow) wil have her comeback in November. HBO made known that the limited second season will premiere in November with a season of six episodes. ‘The Comeback’ premiered in 2005 and was cancelled after one season of thirteen episodes. Next to Kudrow the cast members will be; Lance Barber, Dan Bucatinsky, Robert Michael Morris, Laura Silverman and Damian Young.

HBO has also chosen November as the premiere month of the second season of ‘Getting On’. The series will also have six episodes. The comedy that is set in a hospital includes the following cast members; Laurie Metcalf, Alex Borstein, Niecy Nash and Mel Rodriguez.
