Eight episodes are planned for the limited series, which premieres Wednesday, May 10 exclusively on Hulu. That premiere includes the first two episodes, with a new episode every week. Class of '09 will be available on Star+ in Latin America and Disney+ under the Star banner in all other territories.

Sepideh Moafi (Black Bird), Brian J. Smith (Sense8), Jon Jon Briones (Ratched), Brooke Smith (Big Sky), Jake McDorman (The Right Stuff) and Rosalind Eleazar (Slow Horses) play alongside Henry (Atlanta) and Mara (House of Cards (2013)) also stars in the television series.
The series stars Brian Tyree Henry as "Tayo," one of the most unorthodox cops to ever join the agency, and Kate Mara as "Poet," one of the most successful undercover cops of all time. Sepideh Moafi ("Hour"), Brian J. Smith ("Lennix"), Jon Jon Briones ("Gabriel"), Brooke Smith ("Drew"), Jake McDorman ("Murphy") and Rosalind Eleazar ("Vivienne") complete the cast.
Class of '09 was created and produced by Tom Rob Smith (American Crime Story). Nina Jacobson (Y: The Last Man), Brad Simpson (Pose), Zanne Devine (From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series), Jessica Levin (His Dark Materials), and Joe Robert Cole (American Crime Story) also serve as executive producers. The series is produced by FX Productions.
