John Ellison, a disillusioned suburban ER doctor, finds his existence transformed when he intervenes in a drive-by shooting, saving a young boy's life and killing one of his attackers. After seeing the first four episodes I know, this tastes like more! A doctor who happens to witness a shooting in which he saves a child's life and in self-defense sends one of the perpetrators to the afterlife unwittingly becomes involved in a gang war. Although he would rather have nothing to do with this himself, he is forced to guarantee the life and safety of the victim who turns out to be the son of a gang leader who is himself in prison. In my opinion an absolute must for those who like tension and the necessary plot twists, because almost all actions he takes lead to more and different problems.

Just watched episode 1. As far as I am concerned, it is here to stay. Awesome.
