Dark Winds

Very nice series with Zahn McClarnon who takes his role from Reservation Dogs ("Big") a bit more seriously here. It takes place on the Navajo land in New Mexico. Monument Valley is also located there, so the images of the breathtaking landscape there also play an important role in the series.

I have only seen the first season, but it tastes like more. I can't really explain why I like it so much, because the viewer knows pretty quickly who is behind the crimes that everything starts with. But it is fun to follow how the characters find out. Especially because of the excellent acting performances of the cast.

Partly because of the setting it is not a standard police series. There is even a supernatural thing playing a role. I think it is very worthwhile and will soon start the second season.

Nice series, a bit raw, but looks good. Hopefully a season 2
