De 1% Quiz

De 1% Quiz is a Dutch quiz show which aired on RTL 4. The series premiered on May 21, 2022.

In this quiz, general knowledge and textbook facts do not come first; instead, it is all about logical and creative thinking. In each episode, the presenter receives one hundred candidates in the studio of The 1% Quiz. They are not tested on what they have memorised from school, but how their brains really work. They do this by solving riddles and puzzles.
The tasks become increasingly difficult and players who give a wrong answer drop out. In a representative public survey, the first question was answered correctly by 90% of Dutch people, the final question by only 1%. The prize pool can reach up to €50,000.
