Contrary to the previous reactions, I am enthusiastic about the series. I have now seen 4 episodes and I think it is something different from the other Dutch crime series (Baantjer, Moordvrouw, Smeris, Flikken, etc.). Maybe at times predictable indeed, but no less exciting! I also think there is good acting, especially by Fedja van Huêt and Loes Haverkort. I will definitely look further!
I totally agree with you. This series has a completely different atmosphere than the standard Dutch series. These are also very predictable, so I think that is a fallacy of those who tear down this series. Fedja van Huêt plays very well indeed. I'm already going to watch episodes 5 and 6 tonight ;-)
I agree with IngKel. This series has a completely different atmosphere than the standard Dutch series. These are also very predictable, so I think that's a fallacy of those who tear down this series. Fedja van Huêt plays very strong, worthy of the Golden Calf. I'll be watching episodes 5 and 6 tonight.
An 8 or a 7? The last. Much better than Baantjer, for example. More depth. Better story. Fairly acted. But sometimes cringingly unbelievable. And that is a shame. Brings things down. The story is rushed. Together it does not match the original
Have just seen the first episode via Kijk and am curious about the next episode. After 1 episode do not judge what I think is good or bad about a series.
Far too predictable and it is over very quickly. I was just in it and then the end is already in sight, no, as far as I am concerned, there are no more episodes to come.
A very poor copy of what is originally a good Danish series; Those who kill. The level of this Dutch remake is far below that of the Danish version. The well-known bad Dutch acting, the right atmosphere just does not come in. Watched the first 2 episodes with difficulty and then decided that I am not going to waste my time with this.
What a bad series this is! Very fleeting and very unbelievable once more. The acting was downright bad at times. I didn't even wait until the end, you could guess that the perpetrator would put on a doctor's coat, that the second time knocking on the flat the perpetrator was at the door, etc. How cliché all! I just dropped out!
It was supposed to be similar to Those who kill Sorry but this really doesn't come close. With the Those who kill, you saw the story of the actors, also in their private lives. which made the whole of the story more exciting
Comparable does not mean exactly the same. It's a bit simple to want to make an exact comparison in your comments. You have to judge the series itself in my opinion and then it is a good series for a Dutch production.
